The Anger Management Institute assist with mental and behavioral transformation by helping individuals resolve problematic thoughts, beliefs, behaviors, and emotions that are associated with anger outbursts.
We facilitate our anger management classes and workshops with evidence based methodologies which are specific for assisting individuals with creating healthy and appropriate ways to express their anger.

About Instructor
Michelle Brown holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from Rutgers University. Michelle is credentialed as an, Anger Management Specialist-I (CAMS-I), Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Domestic Violence Specialist-I (CDVS-I), Certified Mindset Coach and Poetry Therapy Practitioner intraining. She is a member of the National Anger Management Association, and has held a position on the board of directors of the New Jersey Domestic Violence Coalition for Communities of Color. Michelle is also trained in several specialties such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma and Crisis Intervention. She takes a Positive Psychology and Thought-Based approach to Coaching and Counseling.
